Webinar Description

Peri-implantitis represents a common disorder that may lead to implant failure due to advanced bone loss. The management of the alveolar bone defect after implant removal is still unexplored in detail. One study elucidated the potential attenuation of the dimensional changes after implant removal by means of simultaneous bone regeneration.

This webinar will provide a step-by-step minimally-invasive approach to the management of alveolar bone defects after implant removal due to peri-implantitis.

Learning Objectives

Understand in which scenarios is implant removal indicated
Conceive the dimensional changes associated with the removal of implants
Provide a step-by-step approach to the management of the alveolar bone defect to compensate for dimensional changes
